DELIVERY REQUIREMENT

the delivery offer proposed by GUZELYHOME is operated by our partner GEODIS.

Delivery costs vary depending on the country and will be indicated to you at the basket stage.

Once your order has left the depot, you will receive an SMS from GEODIS, you can choose a delivery slot according to your availability.

At the time of delivery VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERER AND REPORT ANY POSSIBLE BROKEN OR DAMAGE TO YOUR ITEMS, DESCRIBE IN DETAIL ON THE DELIVERY SLIP (EX: SCRATCHED SEAT, TWISTED LEGS ETCC) BEFORE DELIVERY SIGN.

ALSO MENTION SEEN AND NOTED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERER NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE.

This is essential to cover any possible damage occurring during delivery.

Once the order has been validated and your cancellation deadline has passed, your order is launched into production*.
